Mobility
Management
Satisfying the citizens' and companies' ever more complex need for
mobility, improving air quality and achieving efficiency - these are the
topics of the future in traffic and mobility management which were
discussed in the same-named forum and in the corresponding workshop. An
effecive basis for achieving these objectives ca be created by using
information and marketing measures from mobility management and by
tapping the technological and
legal potential of traffic management.
This basis should be developed systematically.
Results and Recommandations (as of Inzell VIII, 2010)
- Topics of the future in traffic and mobility management: an ever more complex need for mobility on the part of citizens and companies, air quality, economic efficiency
- These Topics are dealt with in the framework of the Traffic and Mobility Management Plan (TMP)
- Areas of joint action/projects: communication between vehicles and infrastructure, mobility management, environmentally friendly traffic control
